UM BPTrack Pharm is an app for research use only, and can only be utilized by study staff affiliated with a research study at the University of Michigan. UM BPTrack Pharm is a clinician-facing app that provides a multi-patient dashboard view of blood pressure data with color-coded BP control over time. In addition, UM BPTrack Pharm allows clinicians to see individual patient data and view all collected BP data plotted over time.
